Die Europäische Baptistische Föderation besteht aus mehr als 800.000 Baptisten in 51 Unionen und erstreckt sich von Portugal bis zu den fernen Weiten Russlands. Zu dieser Familie gehören Baptisten in Eurasien und dem Mittleren und Nahen Osten. Eine Baptistengemeinde in Malta und und eine in der Türkei sind Gastmitglieder. Die Leitung der EFB arbeitet kontinuierlich daran, die Beziehungen zu diesen Ländern zu festigen, in denen es bislang noch keinen formellen Gemeindebund gibt.
